Retainer Rate Options - REDUCED For 2011

If you expect you'll require any of the available "per project" services on a regular basis, the following retainer rates are available for you to be able to purchase a "package of hours". Included in these packages, is access to general admin support services (such as scheduling; travel arrangements; expense reports; sending handwritten (thank you, birthday, etc.) cards to your clients; wake up calls, and ordering supplies).

Rates REDUCED for the New Year!!!

up to 4 hrs. per month = $75 (normally $100)

up to 12 hrs. per month = $210 (normally $225)

up to 20 hrs. per month = $330 (normally $375)

up to 32 hrs. per month = $495 (normally $600)

up to 40 hrs. per month = $550 (normally $750) - that's just $13.75/hr!

Your month will begin on whatever date you sign-up for this service. Billing will occur in two equal installments, every 15 days, beginning at sign-up. Cancellation is permitted at any time, but once a request for payment has been sent (via PayPal), no refund for that payment is available. The reason for this is that you have, in effect, reserved a portion of my time, in advance of any actual services performed, thus preventing me from taking on another client during that time period.

Any overage hours incurred while meeting a client's specific deadline will be billed at $25 per hour and reflected on the subsequent invoice as "Overage Hours" - the client will be briefed before any overage is entered into, and will have the ability to decline going into overtime.

These rates are based on time rather than specific services, and cover any and all offered services for the same flat rate.
